6:15–6:30 PM: Gallery walkthrough, followed by a brief introduction
6:30 PM: Circulate the sign-up list for Open Mic participants
6:30–7:30/7:45 PM: Open Mic performances
7:30/7:45–8:00 PM: Closing reflection led by the MC
